Emily Crowley, Volleyball, Freshman, Omaha, Neb.

Emily helped lead the Hawks to a 22-12 record and second place finish in the Great Lakes Valley Conference West Division. She was named Freshman of the Year in the GLVC and earned a second team selection to the All-GLVC Volleyball Team. Emily averaged 2.72 kills, 2.45 assists, 2.36 digs and 3.25 points per game while playing right side and setter for the Hawks. In conference games, she averaged 2.75 kills per game and a .232 hitting percentage. Emily posted three triple-doubles and eight double-doubles in 2007. She finished in doubles figures in assists and digs 14 times, and posted 10 or more kills in 10 games. "Emily is a versatile player. I think she will continue to get better," said Rockhurst coach Tracy Rietzke.

Lindsay Ewert, Women's Soccer, Senior, Lee's Summit, Mo.

Lindsay capped her senior season by being named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year in women's soccer for the 2007 fall season. Lindsay, who is majoring in chemistry, was named to the CoSIDA/ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District First Team in 2007. She also earned NSCAA All-Great Lakes Region Second Team and Daktronics All-Great Lakes Region Second Team honors, in addition to being selected Second Team All-GLVC. Lindsay posted five goals, seven assists, 56 shots and 23 shots on goal. She led the team with two game-winning goals.  Lindsay finished her career with 27 goals and 17 assists. The Hawks completed the 2007 season with a 10-7-1 overall record and 7-6 mark in the GLVC.

Tom Heinemann, Men's Soccer, Sophomore, St. Louis, Mo.

Tom scored six game-winning goals in leading Rockhurst to an 11-6-3 record and a semifinal appearance in the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament in 2007. He was selected to the 2007 NSCAA/adidas NCAA Division II All-America Second Team. Tom finished third in the GLVC in goals (15) and points (36). He led the Hawks with 79 shots and 47 shots on goal. The sophomore forward was also chosen to the NSCAA/adidas All-Great Lakes Region First Team and the All-GLVC First Team. In addition, he was named to the Daktronics Great Lakes All-Region First Team and was an honorable mention selection to the Daktronics All-America Team.
