| Women's Golf: Hawks break school record
The Rockhurst Hawks broke a school record by shooting a team score of 331 in the final round of the Drury Region Shootout Tuesday in Springfield, Mo.
Freshman Amber Koehl led the Hawks with an 80, followed by sophomore Carmen Titus with an 81. Juniors Jill Shatkus and Kristin King both shot an 85 on the par-72 course.
In the first round on Monday, Rockhurst's top four golfers combined to shoot a school record 335, led by Koehl's team-best 80.
The Hawks finished in 16th place among 21 schools in the tournament with a two-day total of 666. Redlands (Calif.) Community College won the event with an overall score of 611.
