Release: Rockhurst student-athletes earn combined 3.32 GPA
Rockhurst University student-athletes earned a combined 3.32 grade-point average during the 2007
fall semester.
Each of Rockhurst's 11 varsity teams compiled GPA’s of 3.0 or higher, led by men's tennis with a 3.60 GPA. Women’s soccer, which led all collegiate soccer teams with a 3.68 GPA in the 2006-07 academic year, finished with the highest GPA (3.56) among the women’s teams.
Seventeen student-athletes achieved perfect 4.0 GPA's, heading a group of 114 Rockhurst student-athletes named to the Dean’s Honor Roll (GPA's of 3.5 or higher). In addition, more than 77 percent of student-athletes achieved a 3.0 or higher GPA.
