As a newly accepted or current Rockhurst University student who has not yet lived on campus, you will use this website to apply for campus housing, sign your contract (lease agreement), pay your $200 pre-payment fee with a credit card (new students only), and submit your housing preferences. The pre-payment of $200 will be required and will be applied towards your first bill, the pre-payment is not refundable. All of the information is here to make your housing application experience quick and easy. Information on housing rates may be found on the contract packet linked below.
All incoming students may apply to live in one of our campus residence halls.

2) Apply On Line - This application is for students who have not lived in on campus housing at Rockhurst. By completing this application you are contracting for the entire academice year (Fall to Spring).
Already thinking ahead to your second year at Rockhurst?
After your first year at Rockhurst you'll be able to choose your housing option for your second year in housing. To plan for your second year, you may choose between the Residence Halls or you may apply with a group to live in one of the Townhouse Village apartments (THV) for your sophomore year. Returning housing application will begin January 2017. Make sure to complete the online application (no matter which housing option you choose). Then, if you want to apply with a group to live in a Townhouse Village apartment, you'll just need to download the necessary THV application form, found on the application page. Please remember it is a very competitive process.
