The Herff Jones Company will be taking orders for
GRADUATION ATTIRE, ANNOUNCEMENTS & ROCKHURST CLASS RINGS

• Beginning Monday, February 8, 2010 you can order attire & personalized announcements online until midnight, Friday, March 5, 2010. Sample gowns are available in the bookstore.

• Stop by Career Services (Massman 3) to check out the resources they have available to assist you with your career transition.

• Attire will be available for pick up at the Bookstore beginning April 22nd. The Bookstore will offer extended hours of 8:30am – 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 28th and Thursday, April 29th. Beginning May 1st, you may pick up your attire at the Bookstore during normal business hours. Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 6:00pm; Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Deadline for graduation attire pick-up is Wednesday, May 12, 2010.

Attire is included in your graduation fee. Announcements and class rings are not included in this fee. They are a separate expense, paid directly to Herff Jones when you place your order.

Your announcements will be shipped to the address you specify on the order form. Allow three to four weeks for delivery after your order is placed. All orders for personalized announcements need to be paid in full at the time of order. The cut-off date for ordering personalized announcements in time for mailing is March 19th. Late orders for personalized announcements are possible, however, rush fees may apply for expedited service. Generic announcements may be purchased in the Campus Bookstore. Class ring information is available in the bookstore. Rings can be ordered any time throughout the year.
