Mentoring Program
Self-awareness is a critical component of being a good leader. As part of the Executive Fellows MBA program, you’ll engage in formal, comprehensive self-assessment and 360-degree feedback that provides valuable insight about your leadership strengths and weaknesses. 

You’ll work closely with an established executive who will serve as your personal mentor, along with an experienced faculty adviser from the Helzberg School. Together they will guide you through an in-depth inventory of your individual strengths and weaknesses. Both will partner with you to create your carefully tailored personal and professional development plan and help you through the rest of the process, checking your progress and offering practical insights along the way.

This transformational process creates a comprehensive self-awareness that will make you a more confident and effective leader.
