| Program Overview | This cohort program seeks to develop change agents who transform their organizations and the community. Students work as a group to tackle real world business challenges for both their firms and selected community organizations, in addition to supporting one another through the foundational business courses. Connecting to the greater community through networking and mentorship is also stressed. | This integrated program seeks to transform students through business knowledge, personal development and professional development. All coursework is supplemented with coaching sessions and workshops that challenge you to analyze the content and apply it to your life. | The MBA in Healthcare Leadership focuses on practical skills and integrates numerous health care examples. Students develop a comprehensive business plan over three semesters and present it to a bank loan officer as if seeking funds for a new medical practice. |
| Class Schedule | Meets every other Saturday and two Fridays per semester. The program takes 21 months to complete. | Most classes are held in the evenings. The schedule consists of five, eight-week terms per year. Students who can take a heavier course load may enroll in the accelerated option, which may be completed in as little as five terms. Otherwise, the program will take about two years. | Classes are scheduled in conjunction with KCUMB to successfully integrate both professional curricula over four years. Dual-degree students complete both degrees “on time” and walk across the graduation stage with other members of their KCUMB class. |
