Dr. Hanson is a licensed psychologist. He received his Master’s degree from the University of Kansas and his doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University. In addition to college mental health, Dr. Hanson has also worked in emergency psychiatric services. He has special interest in working with Social Anxiety, Test Anxiety, Stress and Coping, Depression, ADHD, and Sport Psychology. He has taught as an adjunct and part-time instructor at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Rick is married and has a daughter and twin boys.
