In September 2012, Kelly Tyler Byrnes joined MRIGlobal, an independent organization that performs contract research for government and industry. Kelly is responsible for organization development, which includes culture development, succession planning, leadership management, and professional development. She also is responsible for corporate communications, which includes marketing, internal and external communications, event management, and the Graphics Resources Center.
Prior to joining MRIGlobal, Kelly ran Kelly Tyler Training Services (KTTS) for 10 years. KTTS clients included Bank of America, Smith Barney, Chrysler, Mercedes, Hallmark, Sprint, Schlage, and many other corporations, universities, and associations. She is the founder of the All-In Movement™ and continues to speak, write, and consult about creating All-In cultures that align stakeholder focus and yield sustainable high performance.
Kelly joined Rockhurst University as an adjunct faculty member of the Helzberg School of Management’s MBA program in 2014. She teaches professional development: contemplation in action. She taught in the graduate and undergraduate program at UMKC’s Bloch School of Management as an adjunct from 2008-2013.
