Overview: Kathleen teaches Community Engagement for the Helzberg School of Management. Kathleen is a leader in the nonprofit community and a national speaker with expertise in partnership development and organizational learning. Kathleen is Chief of Staff at the Kauffman Foundation. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Kathleen was the vice president and a founding member of PREP-KC. While at PREP-KC, she led the development of effective strategies to prepare urban, low-income students for success in postsecondary education and the workforce.
