George Ferguson teaches leadership and organizational behavior courses both on the undergraduate and graduate levels.  His primary teaching focus is leadership and organizational behavior.


He is a Ph.D. candidate in public administration and education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.  Ferguson earned a bachelor of business administration from Georgia State University and a MBA from Rockhurst University.


George Ferguson is a visionary, creative, intuitive and passionate consultant and training professional with experience in a variety of industries and situations. He has earned a certification in production and inventory management and in human resource law and is a master facilitator for Achieve Global products and "7 Habits of Highly Effective People."
