Jensen has taught at Rockhurst University since 2002 where his teaching focus is change management, organizational behavior, culture, leadership, human resources, professional development, coaching and mentoring.
He earned his B.A. in management from the University of Minnesota, his master's in organizational development from the American University/NTL Institute, and his MBA from Rockhurst University. He is currently completing his doctorate in educational leadership and policy at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Jensen's research interests include the impact of leadership on shaping organizational culture and performance, executive education and programmatic design, and assessment instrumentation and its use in professional development.
He is an active member of Society for Human Resource Management, Organization Development Network and American University/NTL Institute Alumni Network.
