Rockhurst University offers a wide range of facilities and services to meet your conference and/or camp needs. Along with this, we offer an excellent catering selection. Please contact the Office of Conference Services so we can partner with you in hosting a successful conference or camp.

Insurance

Rockhurst requires that conference organizers have liability insurance naming Rockhurst as a payee in the event of injury or damage to facilities. Rockhurst has partnered with TULIP to make this a simple and easy process. TULIP Insurance Information Call or email if you have any questions regarding insurance.

Below are the most frequently used spaces by outside groups while on Rockhurst's campus. However, these spaces are just a fraction of the facilities Rockhurst has to offer. Contact us to find out more about our spaces or get a tour of campus.

Conway 103

Tiered classroom seating for up to 72. LCD projector equipped facility with internet access and staged lighting. Perfect for your small to medium sized events utilizing computer presentations. $250 for half day (4 hours) or $375 for full day.

Massman 248

Boardroom style meeting space for 26 with moveable tables and swivel chairs. Whiteboard and multi-media capabilities for computer presentations. This is a great space for committee meetings and group conversations. $150 for half day (4 hours) or $250 for full day.

Massman 249

Boardroom style meeting space for 20 with moveable tables and swivel chairs. Whiteboard and multi-media capabilities for computer presentations. This is a great space for small group meetings. $140 for half day (4 hours) or $215 for full day.

Massman 250

This facility is a large 49' by 30' room that can be set up to fit your meeting needs. The room can accommodate up to 70 seminar style or 150 theatre style. The room includes a balcony overlooking campus and is equipped with built in internet and multi-media capabilities for computer presentations. The space is ideal for larger group presentations that require unique room configurations. $250 for half day (4 hours) or $375 for full day.

Regents Room

Formal board meeting table with swivel chair seating for 8. Also includes more relaxed seating area with couches and arm chairs. Equipped with internet and multi-media capabilities for computer presentations. This space is perfect for smaller, formal events that require multi-media access. $115 for half day (4 hours) or $175 for full day.

St. Ignatius Science Center 115

Tiered classroom seating for up to 165. LCD projector equipped facility with internet access and staged lighting. Perfect for your large events requiring lecture style configuration. $300 for half day (4 hours) or $450 for full day.

St. Ignatius Science Center 125

Seminar style seating for up to 50. LCD projector equipped facility with internet access. This space is a more traditional style room with a blackboard at the front of the room. This is a great space for classroom events or small to medium sized presentations. $200 for half day (4 hours) or $300 for full day.

St. Ignatius Science Center 315

Tiered classroom seating for up to 94. LCD projector equipped facility with internet access and staged lighting. Perfect for your medium size events requiring lecture style configuration. $250 for half day (4 hours) or $375 for full day.

Soccer Field

Excellent space for sport camps. This space is located in the center of campus with bleachers that would allow for spectators. $3.00 per person with a minimum daily charge of $100.

Convocation Center

Spacious gym area that is ideal for sport camps, banquets, or large lectures. It can accommodate up to 1200 individuals with theater style seating. This space has limited availability during the school year. $500 for half day (4 hours) or $750 for full day.
