You are cordially invited to attend the 12th annual CJBE conference hosted by the Helzberg School of Management and Rockhurst University.

Conference Highlights

• A conference centered around the foundations of leadership, the practice of leading, and developing leaders—all in ways consistent with Jesuit tradition.
  
• A unique alumni event that allows each of our Jesuit institutions to meet with their alumni that are in the KC area—capped off by a keynote presentation by Chris Lowney.
  
• Special attention to cultivating relationships. Roundtable discussions and other approaches will be used to assist participants in meeting others with similar interests.

Distinguished Guest Speakers: Presentations will center on the conference themes: defining (foundations), practicing, and developing leadership in the Jesuit tradition. Specific presentation titles will be available as the conference approaches. Our slate of Keynote speakers include:

Thursday Evening: Fr. Thomas H. Smolich, S. J., President, Jesuit Conference of the United States
Friday Morning: John H. Huntington, PhD., Coordinator of the Arrupe Program, Georgetown University
Friday Evening***: Chris Lowney, Author, (Heroic Leadership, and others) and former executive with J. P. Morgan.
Saturday Morning: Fr. Robert Spitzer, S.J., President, Gonzaga University
Saturday Evening: Fr. Paul Locatelli, S. J., Secretary of Higher Education for the Society of Jesus, and Chancellor, Santa Clara University

*** Attention ALL alums of Jesuit Schools. The special alumni event occurs on Friday afternoon and evening.
