Midwest Poets Series: Tracy K. Smoth

Tracy K. Smith, winner of the 2012 Pulitzer Prize in Poetry, will launch the Midwest Poets Series’ 30th anniversary year. Smith, who teaches at Princeton, received the Pulitzer on her 40th birthday for her book Life on Mars, which was inspired by her father, a Hubble space telescope engineer.
Cost is $3 or free with Rockhurst University ID. Reception and book signing will follow the reading.
