The American Marketing Association KC Healthcare Special Interest Group and Rockhurst's Helzberg for Health partner to host Kent Seltman, Mayo Clinic Marketing Division Chair Emeritus, and Dr. Mark Laney, President & CEO of Heartland Health–Saint Joseph MO.
Kent Seltman, co-author of Management Lessons from Mayo Clinic: Inside One of the World’s Most Admired Service Organizations, will review insights from his book. Dr. Mark Laney will discuss Heartland’s move to more outpatient holistic focus in order to build the system of the future. Seltman will also explain how Mayo Clinic implements and maintains customer expectations, adheres to its brand management system and executes Mayo’s care model to meet patient service needs. Laney will speak briefly about Heartland current and future branding strategy. All KC area healthcare students and professionals are invited to attend.
