Rockhurst Theatre: "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee"

The theatre faire changes pace in November with “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee,” a one-act musical comedy conceived by Rebecca Feldman with music and lyrics by William Finn. Nominated for six Tony Awards, the show centers on a fictional spelling bee set in a fictional middle school. Six quirky adolescents and four audience members compete for the top prize. Heidi Van directs with musical direction by Tom Kodera and choreography by Vanessa Severo.
Tickets are $10 at the door.
