Rockhurst Theatre: "Indians"

Rockhurst Theatre Director Susan Proctor opens the season with Arthur Kopit’s play, “Indians.” This one-act drama about American Indian genocide and the contradictions surrounding the life of Buffalo Bill Cody, premiered in London in 1968. Kopit’s play was greatly influenced by the tumultuous ‘60s—American Indians were struggling for equal rights and the United States was involved in the Vietnam War.
Tickets are $8 at the door.
