If you need to report an incident involving a student, please print the Rockhurst University Incident Report Form (40KB PDF). Please follow the instructions listed on the form. Forms may be returned to the university at the Security Dept/Community Center located at 5401 Troost Ave, via e-mail or directly to the Office of Student Life.
