Gala
The Rockhurst University Gala is the University’s premier fundraiser for student scholarships, service trips and library resources. This annual black-tie affair is organized by volunteer co-chairs and representatives from the Rockhurst Library Guild, Regents, Alumni Board, Honorary Directors and Executive Fellows. Gala festivities include a benefactor party, cocktail reception, dinner, entertainment and dancing.

Golf Classic
The Fr. Joseph M. Freeman, S.J. Rockhurst University Golf Classic occurs each June to raise funds for the Rockhurst Athletic Department.  The event includes a raffle, silent and live auctions and a day of golf at a local course.  More than 150 alumni and friends participate in this annual tournament.

Senior Class Gift
The Student Alumni Association (SAA) sponsors the senior class gift project encouraging graduating students to begin giving back financially to Rockhurst University. Funds raised benefit a specific campus project as determined by a committee of students and staff. In the inaugural year of the project, the Class of 2006 raised $1,000 toward the purchase of three Vanderwolf pine trees located between the pub deck and bell tower.
