Alumni ID Card

This ID card makes it easier for you to begin enjoying the benefits of membership in the association. Stop by the campus to pick up your photo ID card. Your ID card is accepted at the Rockhurst library and all Kansas City public library sites. It will also entitle you to discounts at University sporting events.

Duplicate Diplomas

You may request a duplicate or replacement diploma by mailing or faxing a request to the Registrar's office. You should receive your duplicate diploma or certificate approximately 2 weeks after submitting your request.

You can download a Request Form (178KB PDF) or include the following information in your written request:

• Your full legal name (Note: If you have changed your name since graduation, please provide a copy of an official document, such as driver's license or marriage certificate)
• Date, or approximate date, of graduation
• Your birth date
• Signature
• Your phone number
• How you want to obtain your diploma or certificate: Pick up at the Registrar's Office or mail to specific address

The fee for a duplicate diploma is $25, payable to Rockhurst University by check or credit card. If paying by credit card, please include the card name, card number, expiration date, and billing address. Rockhurst accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Rockhurst University License Plate

If you are a Missouri resident, you can show your pride through a special Rockhurst personalized license plate showing the Rockhurst University crest. A $25 donation is required. Contact the Alumni Office. If applying for a biennial (two year) registration, the minimum contribution is $50.00.

Rockhurst Credit Card

A special edition MasterCard is available. Every time you use your card, you not only display your pride in Rockhurst, but a royalty contribution is made to the University. To obtain an Rockhurst University Bank of America credit card, call (866) 598-4970.

1/2 Tuition - Savings!

Rockhurst graduates may take classes at or below their highest degree level (undergraduate or graduate) for 1/2 the tuition cost. This is on a space-available basis.
