Fall Semester courses only
August – September 2011 Registration (all high schools will be visited by Sept. 28, 2011
October 5, 2011 Last day for 100% refund of tuition (matriculation fee is non-refundable) *
October 5, 2011 Last day to register for a fall semester course
October 12, 2011 Last day for 75% refund of tuition *
October 19, 2011 Last day for 50% refund of tuition *
October 24, 2011 Second Payment Due
October 25, 2011 Cancellation of registration for non-payment (minimum payment of matriculation fee and one-third of tuition) of fall courses
October 26, 2011 Last day for 25% refund of tuition *
November 7, 2011 Last day to withdraw from a fall semester course
November 18, 2011 Third Payment Due (if full payment has not been received by November 22, 2011, registration will be cancelled)    
   
Full year courses only

February 22, 2012 Last day for 75% refund of tuition *
February 29, 2012 Last day for 50% refund of tuition *
March 7, 2012 Second Payment Due
March 7, 2012 Last day for 25% refund of tuition *
March 9, 2012 Cancellation of registration for non-payment (minimum payment of matriculation fee and one-third of tuition) of spring courses
April 4, 2012 Third Payment Due (if full payment has not been received by April 9, 2012, registration will be cancelled) 
April 4, 2012 Last day to withdraw  from a spring  semester course
