Application Process
Requirements
To be considered for admission as a nondegree-seeking, audit or exchange student at Rockhurst, the student should submit the following:
- Complete unclassified admission application (the application fee is waived if you apply online, or you can download and print* an application (PDF)
- $25 application fee (for paper application only, waived for KCASE students)
- KCASE students must provide documentation from their home institution indicating their qualification for KCASE

Nondegree-seeking students must certify they are in good academic standing at their home institution.
When to Apply
Rockhurst University operates on a rolling admission basis, reviewing applications as they are submitted. However, in order to take advantage of all financial aid opportunities, it is preferable to apply by April 1.
Financial Aid
Nondegree-seeking, auditing and exchange students generally are not eligible for financial aid.
