Your capstone experience will be your internship at a local nonprofit organization. You'll interview potential organizations and create your own personal goals for the experience. It's a 300-hour opportunity to do the kind of work you plan to do in a professional position.

After identifying and interviewing potential organizations, student interns establish personal objectives and activities. During the 300-hour internship (that's about 20 hours per week for one semester), interns complete agreed-upon job responsibilities. Upon completion, they undergo an evaluation of their performance and a debriefing of their experiences.
