As a student in the American Humanics certificate program, you'll have the opportunity to receive real-world training in an in-depth internship, gain experience in program planning and fund raising through the campus AH organization, and take courses designed to prepare you for work in the nonprofit sector. You'll also attend at least one American Humanics Management Institute, a national conference held each January, to polish your skills, learn about career opportunities and get connected with the philanthropic and nonprofit community.
The American Humanics certificate can be completed in as little as one year, and it's a perfect compliment to any other academic major. Courses are offered in the evening for your convenience.
