Brianna Tann, Education Major
"As a student, I have really enjoyed the close relationships, support and ...
encouragement I have had with the professors in this department. Though the curriculum is demanding and expectations are high, I have always felt like I am able to reach these objectives because of the strong support and effective instruction I received from my professors.

I also have come away with a deep sense of my personal values and philosophy on teaching. I am grounded in not only the methods and theories of teaching and child development, but in the implications and impact of my role as a teacher to the community and society. I truly feel that this type of liberal instruction that I received is found in very few educational institutions today."
