Welcome

As a student in the Communication Sciences and Disorders program at Rockhurst University you will always know that you can make a difference. Our program incorporates 400 hours of externship clinical work based entirely in the Kansas City community, giving our students real life experience in a variety of facilities and settings.

Students and faculty members have close interactions and mentoring relationships culminating in collaborative research projects and clinical service projects.

As an educational program rooted in the Jesuit tradition of life-long learning, leadership and service the CSD program at Rockhurst University prepares students for the next level. Undergraduate students are excited and ready to pursue their studies at a Masters level in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology. Masters level students, whether traditional or Post Baccalaureate track, graduate as competent, caring clinical practitioners with a solid background across the scientific and life spectrums.
