Fifteen Planning Work Groups consisting of faculty, staff, students, regents, and trustees begin meeting in mid-January to: [1] refine Strategic Directions; [2] develop Objectives and Action Plans that support Strategic Directions; and [3] identify metrics to measure progress toward achievement of Strategic Directions.

*2/23, 3/23 and 4/27 are Strategic Planning In-Progress Reviews with Work Group Co-chairs.

Father Curran presents Rockhurst University Strategic Plan 2007-2012 to the Board of Trustees for approval, at which time the University Planning and Budgeting Committee immediately leads us into a process for full implementation.
